Bally's Resort Tower is the future. Best value on the strip imo.

New Horseshoe Poker Room is pleasing. 18 tables. Best food outlet in the casino too, there was already a layer of crumbs round the edge of the table two days after it opened.

I think this is the Kevin Twigg memorial tournament. Phil Stein was pinging folk about it a couple of weeks back. Wouldn't want to guess at numbers though.

Yikes, you'd imagine that was one of the safer areas. Done that walk on tilt dozens of times.

Could have got +25 on the handicap pre-season  aftertiming aftertiming

Imagine being advised to snap it up and still missing out!

I was planning another trip next month but the prices are insane, so won't bother unless something half-sensible comes up a few days before I was looking to go out. It's the hotels rather than the flights. $1.08!

Such a joke decision. Southgate is a man under pressure, so who knows what he'll do on Monday?

It's a dead rubber for both teams but I suspect he'll go with a similar XI again. It's going to be all about getting a win on the board going into the World Cup, even though that's nonsense.

He'll either stick with the same or make wholesale changes. Because Grealish is suspended, either Jordan or Ive will get into the match-day squad. I'm mentally prepared for the worst here, that either he's left out again with Jordan in his place, or he's in the squad but Tammy gets the nod ahead of him.

My gut feeling is that Ivan won't get an England start under Southgate. The sooner he's sacked the better but he's well in credit after the Euros, so that may have to wait.

I do indeed. Two in fact, one at 50s one at 66-1. Be a nice one to get home. If it's ever happening it'll be this month.

Just running bad so far. Think Ipswich run away with it tbh but Poshies got a chance of second.

The goals would have flowed v FGR on Saturday. Could be a shootout v Fleetwood tomo too.

Aye, fair point marky. Even then I'd go with Bally's. Everything will be finished by December, so next April will be fine.

Paris buffet is gone never to return, but Cosmo is only a five-minute walk. If the missus has gone full circle on Paris I'd just about favour it over Bally's.

Bally's for me by a mile at those prices. The refurb will have been done by then and resort tower rooms are very good. The new poker room will have at least 18 tables by all accounts, likely more. There's also a kebab house out front, which is the nuts.

My ITIN lapsed and I got hit with withholding tax.  I have form 1042-S which they gave me. Anyone got experience of reclaiming? Looks like massive ball ache but it’s $2700 so obviously want to try!

Shite. Didn't know they expired. Literally just used mine at Venetian (thin). Any idea how long they last before you need a new one?

Stewards' enquiry!

JCS is my new favourite haunt. It's basically inside the Cosmo and the rooms are the nuts.

I'd swerve downtown now if it's a poker trip tbh. Only the Nugget now Binion's have given up.

Choice of two for me on the strip these days, Jockey Club Suites or Bally's. If you're booking in advance I'd go with JCS.Great location, quiet, amazing rooms and no resort fee. Vegas's best kept secret.

Bit late now probably but you can sort at the airport if not done by now.

BA use the verifly app, which is straightforward.

Had no idea Men The Master was Men The Cheater till this morning. Every trick in the book it seems.

Play more next year imo and stick with the Bill Maynard look, it works well.

Vegas in the summer is too good to miss. Such a privilege roffling around casinos day in day out playing tournaments with good players. Can't do that in England.

175lb is optimal btw.
