anyone with advice would be a help thnx,ive just bought 2 propertys in cyprus KAPARIS they were only £65k each but i thought they might be a good investment for renting out  ,ive done a bit of research on them and it all looks ok i just wondered if anyone knew or knows the area great beaches ,firemans beach 2 min walk and nisi beach pretty close thnx for any advice about the area ...

Asking after you bought, love it!

I lived in Cyprus for a bit and am still currently the managing director (or some other title) of a Cyprus property company (gotta be loving the tax loopholes)  the propertys are on the west coast though and as such are generally a bit more expensive. However if you let us know some more about the properties then i can let you know whether you got the right deal! Also who did you buy them through?
