Hi all,

I've got Christmas just about wrapped up, but am at a total loss what to buy for my brother.  He's 29, a bit of a lad, and is one of those that has everything.  He's indicated that he'd like something 'gadgety', but I've spent hours browsing the web and havent got a clue what kind of things are 'good' or 'naff' presents.  So, to those of you who have everything, what would you like to be unwrapping on Christmas morning?

Looking to spend about £40.

thanks

Hi Claire,

Your well organised, I'll be stumbling round the high street sometime next week, with absolutely no idea, & end up buying the most inappropriate & useless presents.

Sorry thats no help.

Happy Christmas

buying gifts for a gadget freak is always difficult, because they know what they want - there is too much risk for an outsider to buy the wrong brand/type/format etc.

I would suggest something away from the gadget world. Either some type of event (clay shooting etc) or a thrill, introductory flying lesson (I've seen them as low as 50-60 quid).

Or a journey on a train?

thanks for the ideas guys, especially Laz - wouldn't have thought of one of those experience things otherwise.  Just picked up a voucher from lastminute.com redeemable against a choice of experiences - currently 20% off so a good bargain if anyone else is struggling for a gift for someone:
