Well i'm all ready  , i have my 4 yr old little helper on standby lol .
We made some last week and Harry (4) enjoyed the flipping part , he did a grand job  Smiley

Already had one lot of pancakes for lunch with hte help of my eldest daughter also made cookies today and made flapjacks with the younger one on sunday, hmmmmmmmmmmm sweeeeeeeeeeet toooooooooooooooth(fattter belly).

My excuse, (and I'm sticking to it), is that I have made the damned things every year since leaving home, and I've had enough - 15 years of pancake making - bleurgh!!!

They was yummy, fresh lemons and caster sugar.

Loads of flour left, and I'm keen to experiment with berries next time. So no way am I giving up pancakes, maybe I'll give up crepe suzettes instead.
