your views on a ruling please

ok folks i was  first to act all in 20.000 had one caller then at the same time he called realised my cards have gone . first thing was said was that i had lost the chips . dealer said she had made a mistake and a ruling called for . ruling was that my chips was  returned to me allthough i was partly to blame for not pretecting my chips but what i shall do in future is don,t drink my tea when i am involved in a hand... but i suppose in other casinoes the hand would have  been dead. cheers..
