For those who were whooshed by several comments in this thread, it was always rumoured that "The Camel" was in fact the author of "The Poker Bastard". Camel denied it several times, he being the sort who is always happy to stand & be counted in contentious issues, & not hide his identity. If that's too subtle, lets say it another way - it is not The Camel.
