Hi all.

Does anyone know of any good Omaha books? Preferably Omaha Hi. Trying to branch out a bit from NL HE. Amazon have "Secrets of Professional Pot-Limit Omaha: How to Win Big, Both Live and Online" by Slotboom & "Championship Omaha" by McEvoy. There's a few others as well.

Anyone read any of these?

Theres no mention of PLO on my tapes I'm afraid.

I believe Dave Moseley / Chris Randall wrote a book about 4 years ago... He was one of the best players so i would expect his book to be good.

I hate the Reuben one.

The Reuben and Ciaffone one is Pot and No-Limit Poker - not an Omaha specific book but a very good book on 'big bet' poker in general.

Ciaffone also has a book out called Omaha Poker - The Action Game, which is another good read.  It covers Omaha 8 as well as high only.

The Reuben solo book, How Good is your Pot Limit Omaha, is a multi-choice question format.  Personally, I didn't like it but others seem to.  I just found the format of the book difficult to deal with and its that which sticks in the mind, rather than any of the advice it offered.

Can't find anything on the Dave Moseley / Chris Randall book. Might go for Slotboom's then and give Reubens a shot it's only £9 anyway. Quite a few online World Series events coming up trying to brush up before entering some of the APAT online series events.

Thanks Blondes.

I believe Sam Farha's is releasing a book at the end of the year, might be worth the wait...
