Ive smoked from the age of 15, am 36 now,I gave up 4 weeks ago not had one at all, chewing gum like its going out of fashion.
Someone please tell me this is gonna get easier,cos am still climbing the walls!!!!

It will get easier and the weight will pile on, so make sure you goto the gym I was on about 3 packets of chewing gum a day for the first year, then about 1.5 packets of chewing gum for the 2nd year, now im in my 3rd year of being a "non-smoker" and im on about 1 packet of chewing gum a day .

I read " Allen Carr's, Easy way to stop smoking" which I found helped me greatly, especially with the psychology of stopping smoking.

I am so happy being a non-smoker, and you will be too.
