decent appointment

did well at Ipswich, Derby and probably most notably for this Hearts

good crop of young players too

unlikely to piss off when the Prem comes with £££ too

Probably the best candidate.  Souness is well Souness and I'd have envisaged some problems somewhere down the line had he been given the job.  Burley's CV is better than the other two candidates.
