Where were you living, Alabama?

Americans don't like to vote for the candidates that seem to be more intelligent than they are.  Bit odd really.  I'm sure they wouldn't want a surgeon carving them up who didn't know where their appendix was, but they'll happily vote for a Presidential candidate who doesn't know where Iraq is.

The Democrats are absolutely world class at losing elections, they run very very bad.  I don't think even the Democrats can lose this one though.  John McCain is a crazy man - I used to make coffee and type up letters for a Neurologist at Columbia and he's of the opinion that McCain could possibly have Alzeimers.  It's only a matter of time before he says something really stupid or calls his wife a c*nt again on live television.

America is not ready for a black president.  If you look through all the politically correct BS over there, bigotry and racism is rife.

Sadly not! I really wish i was.

Not far away, Florida.

I can't see McCain winning this, if he does i think we are a lock to have a female President before a black one!

Fair enough. I always thought it was sad that Bush got in again, I mean how can you lie and fuk up so badly and still get in!

America is now hated across the globe and McCain and that splitass he's got as his number two are spouting out the same war on terror rhetoric that seems to tickle the fancy of so many Americans. Thankfully most of the non-hick states can see through this but its not enough to win the election.

I fear a women who is against all abortions even if your gang raped, wont admit there was ever dinosaurs on this earth and wants to nuke anyone not waving the American flag will be in power soon Sad

We should be worried.

You were living in Florida, the state that had Bush's brother as Governor and you were of the opinion that George was the best candidate.  I wonder how that happened.

America is ready for a black President.  That's a bit of an old chestnut.  The number of votes Obama would lose because of his race is easily off-set by the number of Americans who won't vote for a nut-case who has no plans to help them out of their financial crisis.

You really think the Kerry-Edwards ticket was a good option?

It wasn't a good option, but it was preferable to Dick Cheney and George W. Bush.  George Bush never wanted to be President in the first place let alone serve two terms.  He was happy mooching about in Texas shooting beer cans and drinking potato based hooch.

If the blue collar half of Ohio weren't so keen on electing someone they thought would good fun to go to bars with and crush beer cans on each others heads and if Kerry hadn't said that stupid line about reporting for doooty and saluting everyone all the time - the Democrats would have won that election.

John Edwards was a terrible VP pick too.   So incredibly slimy, I'm quite sure he was wearing woman's undies during those VP debates.  He shouldn't have been so keen on talking about Cheney's lesbian daughter either, not only was it a cheap shot, he also became visibly aroused talking about it and couldn't concentrate for the rest of the debate.

None of that should happen this time around.  I've been shopping for caves just in case it does though.  If McCain wins I'm off to the deepest parts of Germany's black forest for the rest of my days.
