Final Table of a $24+2 45 man SNG MTT. Not a difficult hand or anything, just wondered if there's anyway around shoving here? I guess we could flat Aces but not sure that's a great option here with KK...

Don't see why you can't raise to 2k and hope one of them jams over the top.

Viable option, but I thought that would look super-strong with my stack size, with a shove looking weaker?...

Yeh I would probs go 2k- you're right it does look stronger but this is a 26$ sit and go so he might shove with QJ anyway

Either flat or raise smaller. I don't like the shove from the button at all. Would obv need to know more about the original raiser to decide between flatting or raising. Has he been betting a lot? Is he a nit? etc. etc.

Interesting responses, cheers guys. It was one of those decisions where I was playing like 9 tables and looked at the stack sizes and things, considered a flat call, but then shoved.

Boldie, initial raiser was 14/5 over 60 hands, 3better was 18/18 over 28 hands

the edge at this point in these games comes from the ridiculous tightness of people, you're not going to get him calling you very often at all here. flat and give him the last move wherever possible

I guess we could flat Aces but not sure that's a great option here with KK...

This is only a problem if you're definitely passing if an ace drops. KK / AA are no different in multiway pots if no ace falls.

Agree that this is a flat to induce a shove from mrm. If he passes we've got an under repped hand that we can play with position against an oppo who might well try to use his stack to bully us off as he's first to act.

It's a shove if we've got a short stack but not with 23 bbs. You could poss raise against an EP raiser but this guy's raised a limper from the cut off so his range includes way too many hands that pass to our shove.

We've got way too much FE here to be shoving KK.

doesnt matter if an ace falls either, call 1 street then giveup turn, villains will virtually never double barrel bluff this spot.
