the time has come, i can put it off no longer, i am having to invest in a new laptop.

So I am asking the good people here to point me in the right direction as i have no idea of all the technical jargon and i can' be arsed with trawling the shops and internet.

I have up to £500 to spend(but around £100 would be much more sensible imo).

I only really use it for surfing, playing occassional poker (badly) and chatting to Roxanne, I download stuff very rarely if ever, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would even consider second hand or recon if the price was right.

Thanking you in advance

I just ordered one of these (in pink because it was on sale...and cute):

Had great reviews from a good few corners and is small and easy to carry around during your travels.

I bet when Hugh Hefner dies, you won't hear anyone say, "He's in a better place."
