Champions league final

what a game, absolutely fantastic, Liverpool champions of Europe. coming back from 3-0 down at half time !!!!!!
I would just like to point out that as the mighty Burnley FC beat them in the FA cup, that the clarets are the unofficial european champions

LOL, if only those overpaid tarts that play for our beloved teams cared as much as we did, and understood how important a bit of gloating ammunition was, I would be happy.
one player that meets this criteria is Steven Gerrard, that man was genuinely emotional and knew how much that meant to the fans and paid them respect in dedicating the win to them, and whats more did it in a genuine way, not the normal patronising one that most addopt. He went up enormously in my estimation last night, and whether he leaves Anfield for Chelsea (which i cant believe he will) or not, he should go with a clear conscience.

Liverpool's win truly was "the greatest comeback since Lazarus" !

I really wanted that last second free kick to go in, just to see the same dispair on Milans faces that you saw on Munichs when they threw away their 1-0 lead.
The right team won the hard way.

Maybe not but you cannot buy passion. (As Chelsea found out at Anfield!)
As for the blues - who did the double over us this season, we owed you that for taking Emile Heskey off our hands! Much obliged.
