I have been on a bit of a diet,on 5Th Feb i was 15st 1lb and thought whoa far too heavy!!!!!!!
the weight has steadily dropped off, mainly down to just eating fruit during the day and 1 main meal at night combined with 200 sit ups a night, occasional run swim and sauna (well 1 weekend of that lol)
am now weighing in at a trim 13st 12lb and am aiming to get down to my weight when i got married which was 13st 7lb
have found the diet boring as hell but easy enough to follow,some nights id have a bit of a pig out just to boost the morale.
have also been medication free for last 3 weeks (self imposed) just wanted to see how my body would cope after 2 1/2 years of constant prescription drugs coursing through my body,and am feeling fitter and healthier than at any time in last 2 1/2 years helping with the weight loss I'm sure.hospital apt on 21st will hopefully confirm the virus is on the way out..

right off to see what boldielocks is doing with the gee gees
