They want a British manager who plays good football and get into the top 5. Who could they attract that gets close to fitting the bill?
Hoddle? McClaren? Hughes? O'Driscoll?

They do realise they bought Blackburn don't they!  Saying that there's only £5m available for signings when they took over hardly gave Sam a lot to work with.

fwiw Blackburn wouldn't of gone down this year, but next season without an improved squad would of easily been one of the favs.

they do think it should be a top 4/5 club...surely 30k attendance and £5mill spending kitty is enough?
