The reg fee and 10% deduction is clearly stated in the vic tournament booklet, from what i can see.

Because, IMHO, any deductions should be clearly stated in big letters on a sign at the tournament cash desk where everyone can see them. Not in a booklet.

agree. It would be all over the world if they were adding money to a tournament, so every player should know when they are taking from it.
