Well done to Martin Green, who got 4th place in event 3 - $1,500 PL Holdem.  Martin finaled in Southampton just over a week ago - Tikay, you may remember him as the guy I told you was a serial online qualifier.  Looking at his record, he's had a great year so far - won a 1,000 euro event in Vienna in March, finaled in Southampton and now this to top it all.

Too right, but do tryto keep up Alright Jack.

See the Live Tournament section of the Forum, Event # 3, $1,500 PLH.

But I do acknowledge it was you who bought him to my attention at Southampton, & we mentioned it in the Live Update.

I have since learned (see aforesaid Live Tourney Event # 3, $1,500 PLH) he has some interesting aliases. He's Ken Barlow online, & Belll Plum Pudding, or somesuch, on Betfair Forum. But I guess you don't read that......

I am also a betfair forumite, but not under this name. You'll mainly find me in the specials section where I regularly discuss betting on reality TV shows, but I guess that wouldn't interest you... have also posted a few times in their poker forum and know some of the forumites from meeting them at Blackpool.  Sorry, had missed the live update report of Martin's success.

We are back to the "what's ina name?" stuff here.

Ken Barlow, Bell Plum Pudding, Reg Holdsworth, how DO they think up these names? Methinks Martin must be something of a character....

Ahh, that's him is it? Great stuff. I suppose his e-mail address should have been a clue, especially as he appears to have a penchant for clever names. I won't give his full e-address, but it starts like this, which made me smile...."greenpease....".
