Hero ?
Opinions on what is the best way to play this hand from this point? The guy is a total nit, we can see that from his stats even though it's a small sample.

Raise.
You have the equity vs any hand right now and your hand stands to lose equity down the streets.
He might fold, which is good
He might call us down which is good if we make our hand
He might wanna get the money in with Jacks, meh why the fuck not
Vpip coming down, slowly, but nicely

I thought that too. It gives him an option to fold.
I've moved to 50/1 Full Ring, it's filtering out more and more hands, I'm getting more hands for my blind input so I'm folding a lot more often.
Is it weird that players are more nitty and tight at 50/1 or is it the fact I've gone onto Full Ring? Either way, it's suiting me at the moment.

Well assuming that he is a massive nit, which he probably is, then if you raise he's only ever going to continue with AQs (if he even plays this UTG), TT, QQ+. Against this range you're about 43%, so you don't really want to be getting it in here and I imagine he 3-bets this flop against you a lot. He folds AK, JJ and 99 if he opens that sometimes, which range only has about 13% equity, so if you raise flop I reckon he almost never makes a mistake. So I kind of prefer the call as well, would probably call or check back turn and fold river if we haven't improved and he 3-barrels. Wonder if you can occasionally consider turning your hand into a bluff against villains like this if the board gets messy enough, eg here if the turn comes another T, but seems a bit of a ridiculous spot to be in where you have to consider turning this hand into a bluff - suspect the moral of the story is fold KQ pre when UTG is only opening top 3%.

OH hang on.....
I though we had an open ended striaght draw + flush draw....
he have a pair now, clear call is best way to proceed.

V plzd you changed your mind, I feel very strongly about calling and raising would be silly. Especially vs a good player who will barrel horrible cards, luckily we have most of those horrible cards covered

I thought we had KQ on JTxss, which scenario Id advocate raising as we can gain significant equity by winning the pot here
as it happens we have a pair, and will make nothign better fold ever and his range is strong, so calling and making a spade is the best way to proceed imo.

I called of two streets as said for 5 and then 15 but didn't improve by the river. I didn't fold his river bet though so it was an expensive pay off in the end, I suck at laying down.
He showed AA with A of Spades.

Likewise, I think calling the river bet is fine unless his stats suggest he is an ubernit and would never bluff or value bet worse

Granted its a small sample but even I'd noticed how little he'd been involved. I personally think I should have folded river, he's never 3 barrelling air/under pairs here, which based upon his stats is highly unlikely unless he's had a spazzy moment as said with 99 or JJ.
The line lost me the minimum, had I raised flop (or less likely the turn), I would have ended up all in and lost alot more.

If we call here, how are we going to get them to pay off our 2 pair and set hands in the future?

Most of the bets placed so far seem more like hopeful punts rather than value spots
