So ive we've managed to book it, im not on the package, ill be in vegas for wsop

the dates are 16th july 7 nights wynn think its like 1100 quid each flying direct from manc

now meal time, 10 of us

best italian

Lavo in the Palazzo is decent and you could stand to act up a bit too as it's part of the nightclub.

best steakhouse

SW in the Wynn or Cut in the Palazzo are the best for me with Craftsteak a close 3rd (of the ones I've eaten at)

best european cuisine

Mix at Mandalay Bay is the only place I think would fall into this category and I think the ambience >>> the food here

and things to do plz guys

Standard stag do type stuff would be go karting, shooting shit, clubs and strip clubs which I'm sure you need no help sourcing.

I've only seen a couple shows Le Reve and Terry Fator both excellent.

I'm sure the boys who are out there atm can load you up with plenty more stuff as will some others too.

Sirio @ the Aria is a sick sick Italian, me and Morgan went there HU a bit ago, had several cocktails and the seasonal taster menu and the bill came to something like $300 so I think 100-150$ a head is pretty decent.

http://www.arialasvegas.com/dining/sirio-ristorante.aspx

I also thought Bartolotta @ wynn was amazing - tasting menu's from 120-175p/p was really good value

http://www.visitwynn.com/documents/Bartolotta.pdf

I also LOVE La Cave at the wynn, one of my favourite places for like "earlyish" dining, sitting out on the terrace and its all incred little tapas style sharing bits is really really sick

http://wynnlasvegas.com/dining/la-cave

Steakhouses there are SO SO many, Craftsteak just edges it for me but its SO SO expensive, Cut I like - Botero at wynn I went the other day and was great -  9 @ the palms is really really good, and prolly better value than cut/prime etc. My fave is actually Jean George at Aria - it's a bit different in menu and style to typical vegas steakhouses and I think its the best value one by a fair bit.

European food,

Julian Serrano at Aria
http://www.arialasvegas.com/dining/julian-serrano.aspx

Jaleo at Cosmo, (we went for my birthday if you remember trigg)
http://www.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com/taste/restaurant-collection/jaleo.aspx

Alize at the top of the palms I think is a pretty much MUST even though it's very pricey, one of the best restaurants I been too ever actually, the service/location/food is basically flawless.
http://www.palms.com/dining/las-vegas-alize-gourmet-restaurant/

My other picks for sick restaurants that don't fall into your 3 catorgorys are

Seafood - Aquaknox @ Venetian
http://www.venetian.com/Las-Vegas-Restaurants/Fine-Dining/Aquaknox/

Lakeside @ wynn
http://www.visitwynn.com/documents/lakeside.pdf

Sushi - Tao @ Venetian
http://www.venetian.com/Las-Vegas-Restaurants/Fine-Dining/Tao/

Little Buddha @ The palms
http://www.palms.com/dining/las-vegas-little-buddha-sushi/

Basically if you're in Vegas 7 days and have 2 bad meals then you've done something pretty pretty wrong!

Grand Lux looks like a winner for any stag do then Trigg just take them to the Venetian one and then alternate it with the Palazzo. You'll probably all be so out of your boxes that even you'll forget that you've been Cheesy

You also cover all those bases and more in there...

Some good recommendations from L'il Dave, BUT: I really don't think (with the exception of le cave which is great but more a "first bar of the evening" place, 10 guys are getting out of many of those for <$200.  If that's ok, then they are definitely good picks.

For steak, I think Craftsteak is waaaaay overrated.  It's also a bit sedate for stag parties.  N9ne is a little overrated too, but as a stag group, you could definitely get rowdy and no-one will notice.  You can also lean on your waiter to get you line passes into Ghost bar for afterwards.  (I wouldn't stay there all night, but an hour or so while dinner goes down is very bearable.)

One other option is to ask about a private room.  Not sure if 10 is enough or not, but many steak houses have a separate room for large tables where you could definitely have fun without annoying other diners.  Throwing in Strip House (PH) as an example of somewhere that has a private room and serves steaks on par with the normal steakhouses that get suggested for more $.  You could also look at Botero/Switch in Encore, both more upbeat than your typical Vegas steakhouse and a short stroll if you are going on to Surrender etc.

yh a lot those will be around the $200p/head mark i reckon, Aquaknox and lakeside defo a bit cheaper, and Jaleo at cosmo would be less, we went 5handed the other day and had loads of stuff and cocktails and the bill was like $500 aafter tip, it's great for group morale as well Tapas.

Its the steakhouses that tend to be over-priced/rated a touch imo, i liked craftsteak/cut/nine a lot but i can name at leats 5 restaurants I like better

If you're not knocking monkey bottles of wine in I reckon you'll be ok, good thing about vegas is the food is expensive but generally speaking it's very good value
