Woke up today and had a sick good idea!

We should make a separate board just for all the diaries!

What you think? Can't believe no-one has thought of it before tbh

Good idea.

Cpp really doesn't need a sticky. It will just get lost in the blur of familiarity! Letting in naturally bounce up with relevant updates, people confirming bookings etc will be far more effective than just leaving it there IMO

Think a seperate thread for all the DTD stuff is a good idea. Multiple threads stickied on top means the whole rail of Blondepoker forum is DTD advertisements and diaries.

although i understand dtds want to keep them seperate, really think something should be done. keep robs diary in rail or something.

Having both diaries and dtd threads dominating is annoying for a Londoner who doesn't read diaries.
Not bothered enough to make an entire thread though.

ya, this

familiarity breeds contempt and all that. well maybe not contempt but indifference. once people have seen a sticky a few times they tend to just ignore it. much better to let it get bumped with new posts, change catches people's eyes

100% Agree.

It's really annoying have 9 DTD threads stickied to the top of the rail

Yer, love DTD but this is doing my head in....

thing is I would be searching the rail for them as well..... so its a toughie...
