Been every day this week. done 15k on treadmill so far.

Why run with me? Thought u wanna set ur own time? I very much doubt il complete the whole 10k without stopping but im aiming for sub 90 mins which i think is a good benchmark for my size.

why are you trying for 90minutes? that's basically a walk

you were aiming for 60 here and you weren't much lighter, you should be at that weight or lower when you do the 10k, surely go for the same time target

anything between 90-60 minutes il be well happy with. obv running round Leeds city centre is going to be trickery than a straight run on the treadmill.

Your joints take a pounding running in the street. Weather can make it harder.

How did you comp go yesterday mate and are you gonna have some more goes.

Numbers for Manchester gukpt seem to be around 200 expected/ hoped for which seems a little low to me. What are your thoughts on this.

I decided to take a day off and play live, so it was either the leeds 100+12 plus one 50£ rebuy or the grand prix. I didnt like the idea of it being a 2 dayer so i dodged that for the grand prix with the aim to experiment and play alot more laggy.

Started off pretty well The table was pretty soft there was one ok player to my right and a slightly better then average guy 3 to my left the rest were bad
chipped up well got upto 28k on the first break just from isoing and three betting with marginal hands when i normally wouldnt, no major coolers,
second break kept yoyoing between 35-28k then got aces and three bet the guy on my left for the 4th time and a shorty shipped on me so i was upto 42k so was just cruising.

then my next hand was pretty marginal which involves the better player to my right.

blinds was 300 600 with 50 ante
i was playing 42k he had 10k

he raised to 1350 i iso with aj to 3100 and he thought about it then jammed. I called. he had q8 and binked an 8 on the flop

Normally I would fold to a normal player but I was talking to him and he seemed ok/good and he had to go home soon cos the gf was ringing him and the last time i three bet him he said he was close to shipping with air and i told him my calling range but told him it would be super tight to set up 4bet jams pretty marginal imo  


then an orbit later I raised aces in ep playing 30~ to 1250 he 3bet to 3k i flat

spew tard playing ~35k
This guy had a poker stars hat on and shades and thought he was a pro. Couple of orbits ago he check shipped with 108 on a A974 with three spades trying to rep a flush but got looked up by top two and he got there

flop 943 I donkbet 1500 he raised 5100 I flat
turn came a 4 he bet 8k i shipped and he snapped me with 46 sighs GG

I played the 150 too which i normally wouldnt but think it would open my game up playing 6max and can experiement being more laggy.
I never play 6 max mtts and my 6 max cash game experience is tez.
it was super fun there was some really bad loose players there and pretty nitty players. first level i played i got it in with a nfd vs aces and got there. chipped up abit to 27k then lost a 40bb pot bvb with aj vs tens which left me to 7k jammed quite abit and built my stack upto 32k my exit hand was very mehhhhh

I am not too sure about it but tom hall said i palyed it well I dunno

blinds was 600 1200 so had about 23 bigs
The villan was new to our table and was huge chip leader i think 150k he played nearly all the hands in two orbits

anyway i raised utg to 2450 with aj he flats
flop kxx two spades I cbet 3100 he flats turn comes ace i bet 5200 he flats river king i jam for 16k turning my hand into a bluff I think not too sure if its for value
he called with aq gg me



felt pretty good tho pretty happy with how i played still some meh spots maybe badly played

next stop GUKPT! cant wait it will be my first one. not gonna play the ME tho maybe most of the sides all the 200>


gonna join the blonde weight watchers club also after hearing abit about it from mulligan and eso at dtd

never played a gukpt so I dunno what the numbers will be like tbh but I expect it to be around 60-70k for first

will try to sat into the main

might try and find some wonderful ppl and sell 50% to them still unsure, I wanna know I am palying well and feel good before i sell
