Paul, its oversubscribed at a capacity of 25 x 8 person teams = 200 with requests from 10 of the 25+ for second teams

No need for the antagonism at all

Apologies Rich, got the 'numbers' mixed up      .....      no wonder I never win The Euro-millions (or a goldfish at the fair).

If its your decision let blonde have two teams,

We're already oversubscribed, with about another ten requests for a 2nd team.

Might have to move it to a bigger venue for next season.

Eh, bigger Venue?Huh?

10 x teams of 8 = 80 runners     .....       the Luton card room can seat 200+.

It copes easily with annual Sky, GUKPT and the APAT tours    ....    maybe you should 'know your venues'!

So, how about doubling the entry field to the Team Championship Mr APAT Oranganiser, so those that want to play      .....     can play?

Wow, can you warn me next time so I have a chance to duck  Wink

Think I'll go back to lurking, it's safer.   Grin

Good luck to whoever makes the Blonde team.

All going very well thanks Tony.

Hopefully catch up with you at an event in 2013, I'm planning on playing a few events next year.  Not a New Year's resolution, just a promise to myself to get back to enjoying playing a bit of live poker and luckboxing the odd cash here or there.

Good to hear. After being ineligible to play APAT all these years, I hope very much to come along & play some APAT's in 2013.

I really regretted having to resign, but the conflict of interest & commercial clash was not really getroundable, but my heart is still with APAT, I think what it did for the smaller-rolled players was outstanding.

Thanks tikay.  Six years on and I think we can all hold our heads high having worked to deliver something positive for players.  But boy didn't we have some fun along the way!?  A good job we were able to shove Rich out front at the 'appropriate' times.  Smiley

My family is great and I can't wait for the week ahead.  It's been a very busy year.

It would be fantastic to see you play an APAT or two next year.  Maybe come and play some of the WCOAP events at DTD over Easter.  Stud, PLO, Horse, Heads Up, Six Max, before we even talk about the big one.  Plus we may have another surprise or two to add to the schedule.  Wink  Right up your street I'd say.  Who knows, if the dates align maybe we could even talk Rocky Prew into playing an event or two...
