Send them £39 and an invoice for £1 for your time, which you have withheld from the overpayment.

I mean really - what a shambles of a company.

The "refund" arrived back in my bank account this morning.

And it's for £40 more than they took out!

Are you going to tell them Camel?

I dunno really.

Is £40 a fair administrative fee for my time wasted in spotting the error, finding out the correct number to complain to and hanging on the phone for about half an hour?

With all the hassle they gave me I would bloody keep it to be honest.

Morally speaking feeding Celtic is a worthwhile cause.
