Potentially checking the flop, or check raising to isolate player 4 if it goes bet limp limp.
If we do choose to bet i'm not always potting in this situation, we can pot build smaller while we're going to be shutting down a lot of turns and we also disguise the strength of our hand to also look like a blocker bet. We also gain a cheaper evaluative decision if it goes bet/raise.
Our hands pretty face up for anyone with the NFD once we've potted the flop and we're not always the only one with a set although this is highly likely.
As played...probably bet / folding the turn, unless we have a serious indication villain dry ace plays.

I don't play online much but I don't like the flop bet here as we have the worst of everything if we get any action. Sometimes PLO can be a lot easier if we recognise spots that are really bad for us. With this hand it's really hard to win a BIG pot unless you turn 2222. HU would be different but oop in a 4 way pot seems grim.
/10c online does seem to be similar to a £1/£1 live game in many respects too with all the limping going on. Then if you get aggro they all F off. It's the only level on stars I beat by the way. Hehe.

Basically, I know that I should be folding this hand on the river, every now and then I'm prone to levelling myself into calling, which is obvs a leak and doesn't really happen too often. Really what I want here are general thoughts on the hand. Should I check call/check raise/check fold/lead flop? Ditto for turn? Felt like I did something wrong on one of those two streets before the river call, but I'm trying to work out where.

And an overvalued smaller flush, which was my logic at the time (that and a bluff, obvs), which I think is a little spewey. This is 10plo, tho.

Which was why I thought he could overvalue a smaller flush given that I'd checked to him twice :p Know that river is a fold tho

I would c/r the fllop firstly, because J3 will call a c/r, but won't raise a flop lead, also we can get AI vs A5**hh like he had sometimes which is abso fine for us, also a FD might call a flop C/R and fold to a turn pot bet which would obviously be fantastic for us.
If we get AI vs a bigger set then meh we still have 10 outs.
Like Gouty says playing this down the streets can get awkward giving we only have 1 nut out, folding the flop is out of the question so just trying to get maximum money in here on the flop, and when it's not a massive calamity for our hand if it does check back.
As played, fold the river vs this type of player, like Adam says 97/8 guys by definition play hands passively, he prolly checks back the 3rd nut flush here, and even though has 97% of hands PF he did call the flop early on in a multi-way flop. I think we've prolly called the river here more because we had a set and a FD OTF than because it's a good spot to call. Turn is ofc very standard.
