£11 BH Bubble hand KQ, rivered 2 pair

There is 11 left, 10 paid. We are currently 4/11. Hands on the bubble.
. Blinds are 300/600, we have 15kish at the start of the hand.
5 handed, in the cut off we raise KQ 2 1.2k. Bb calls, 2 players to the flop.
Flop
I bet 1350 50% Pot, villain calls. (pot 5400)
Turn
Check Check
River
Villian bets pot, 5400. I jammed. Thoughts?
Think in a bounty hunter it's a jam over a call, where people will call so light.
Any shout for just calling this?
Edit* Villian is chip leader and has me covered.

100000000% check flop get him to bluff turn or otherwise get value from 2 streets that you wouldn't otherwise

I like the sound of this Dan, but what what is our plan when
or
peels off on the turn?

Well
is an awesome card, gives him the chance to bluff and we have
too. Ace might be more of an action killer as he expects us to be checking back A high's but call if he bets and bet if he checks.

Not a problem, we pick up either the second nut flush draw or the third nut flush draw, so can still potentially bet for value, and these are reasonable cards for villain to bluff at. Long term, by checking, we win more money. Players in general will think that you wouldn't check this kind of board with top pair so will call you down with weaker holdings on a lot of run outs, especially if they catch something on the turn. If we decide not to bet because one of two cards in the deck (or any diamond, so one of potentially 10), then we've made a potentially minus ev decision on a small % chance, which is a flawed logic and definitely a mistake.
That said I don't think betting the flop is really that bad, just less profitable, but not because of a specific card that might come on a later street.

Also, I imagine I'd jam in this particular comp, seen a lot of crazy calls in these spots on sky.
