vlc is good for watching any format

but i needed to convert a mkv file so it could be put on a usb stick and plugged into a tv that didn't support it

mate in the gaming industry just recommended handbrake looks like it will do the trick

i just managed to do that without the google it is easy

just takes twice aslong as handbrake but good all the same
