If Casinos want to offer poker they should also provide dealers

Yeah thats pretty bad, they should sort it, especially if they charge a fee to enter - if they didn't then fair enough because they aren't making anything out of it but if they are then it's poor form

you say small casino poker but we have 6 comps a week getting between 70 and 120 runners. you think that'd get us house dealers.

I think it's a disgrace that dealers get paid!!
This was supposedly stopped by the gaming board to AVOID collusion, BTW i dealt tonight at walsall and dealt aces 3 times, kings 5 times and jacks 4 times (none to myself), pah where do you learn these "mechanics"?

I agree completely with the original post. I have seen some shocking things in Edinburgh casinos in self dealt tournaments, and I don't play them anymore. There are a couple of regular cheats who I would name and shame, if I actually knew their names. Needless to say, they don't show up to the Maybury tournaments where dealers are actually provided.
