I think we've got to be betting 3 times a lot here when we cbet, given how they call the flop so much

I think its better to take equity for free and not waste bets betting once

Cbetting seems quite close. We've got backdoor potential and all the strong hands in our range on this board so I'd probably lean towards betting given reads that the players seem somewhat competent. Versus a weaker player wouldn't bother putting the pressure on to get someone to fold top pair but here it's more reasonable.
