One of my heroes although I never met him personally.

RIP Howard.

Met Howard Twice - once after a show in Kings Lynn when he sat in a small town pub passing time, and once at Glasto about 6 months later - he was gracious and happy to share his time and to sample local produce.
Never have I encountered someone with such intelligence, wit and charisma.  He was an absolute gem of a man.  His books and shows conveyed his intelligence but he also had an ability to let a crowd hang in anticipation waiting for some payoff to an anecdote, his timing was perfect.  He story's will be sadly missed.

Shit post Nakor, such a clown.

What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?
