It's geniunie enough, but its really not much you'd get back if its 1000 action points for a $1.  The skin I get on you can change 1000 action for $1.50 if you lose or not so its not a very good promotion, although it sounds good.

I think the wording about insurance payouts merely being " to help offset your losses " gives the game away here.

I usually find any mention of the word 'insurance' is what gives it away as being 'not a good thing'
