Hosting charity poker event

noobie here.
in the near future i am aiming to organise a no limit texas holdem tournement. Probably a £20 buyin rebuys for first hour sort of thing with about <60 players.
I was wondering if anyone here has themselves organised a charity poker event? What if any (uk) laws did you have to follow, where you held it (i am to hold it at a local school) and any problems you ran into that could of been avoided?

Your best bet is to PM Angie or Davey Newth.
"North Angel" and "Davey Newth" i think are the ID's on here.
