As the title says really, Ive just got back from spending 3 days at the will hill grand prix. The hospitality that i received was second to none. We were treated to food and drink all day whilst watching arguably the best 3 heats.

The hotel we were put up in was fantastic and again we were looked after very well.

I set off on Thursday morning and things did not start too well. i booked a taxi to take me to the train station for 10.15 but he didn't turn up until 10.28 so i missed my 1st train by 1 minute. In Worcester there is 2 train stations, there was another train leaving the other station 4 minutes later but there was no way i would make it there on time so missed that one as well. i had to wait nearly 2 hours until the next one.No probs i walked to the pub and had a full english and a couple of pints.

i then get to cardiff at about 2.30pm, walk to the hotel and it starts to pi$$ down, get soaked but never mind i thought i will go to my room, change and freshen up.

i get into my room and start to unpack my bag it is now that i realise that i forgot to pack all of my toiletries. AARRRGGHHHHHH. ok, not the end of the world i will use that complimentary hotel stuff for now. i then realise that all my polo shirts that i spent about 40 mins ironing in the morning i left then at home still hung up along with 2 pairs of jeans.AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH.(i really wish i went home when i missed my train and not to the pub).

Oh well, from now on things can only get better and they did. i rang Phil up and he sent a car to pick me up and take me to the studio. when i get there i meet up with Phil, cupcake, James Lowe from will hill(he posts on here i think his name is JLO)

we sit and watch the poker have a few beers and some food and head back to the hotel when the poker is finished, had more drinks and food and played some poker ourselves and get to bed about 4.30am.

Friday morning and i decided to get up and go for breakfast before having to go shopping and buy 3 days worth of clothes and toiletries. i go over the studio and watch the poker again about 2.30, i give cupcake a shout but hes still asleep(he is the laziest b@st@rd i know).

On Saturday a few more faces arrived, flushy, ginger, tikay and chilli. Not sure how flushy got invited but it was good to see ginger, tikay and chilli. We played abit of poker(dont ask tikay about Quads ) had more beer and more food and watched a great heat which included tonyg, devilfish and john shippley just to name a few. infact all 8 players were very good and i think this was definitely the best heat.

Unfortunately This morning came around too soon and it was time to go home, i walk through the door and put the TV on to see that arsenal are 4-0 up Cool which just about topped off a great weekend although it started badly.

again i just want to say thanks to all the guys at will hill, Phil,James,Dan and Paul
