I received this pop-up today when depositing from Party Poker.

Should I be concerned?

personally i would not input any info or attempt to addwithdrawl funds at present but you will likely find its an oversight by party where someone has fogotten to renew there certificate and the person who needs to do it will proberly be away for the holidays

Nah nothing to worry about at all.

The certificate looks perfectly legitimate.

Sitename adds up, the dates add up, and the matches the one that party uses.

Invest 3 minutes and read all you need to known about web certificates: http://www.us-cert.gov/cas/tips/ST05-010.html

Cheers
