Sorry the 'ol fella is SO far behind with everything, am trying to catch up, honest......

OK, the Baden EPT starts Tuesday, is a "proper" 3 day jobbie, & blonde will be there, in the form of Jen & myself.

It has weird playing hours - (all times are "local", so add or deduct an hour or two.....) Tuesday, Noon until Midnight, Wednesday 10 am (yup, 10 am) until 5pm or last 8 players, Thursday, dunno.

I am afraid Jen & I will not arrive until about 2pm local on Tuesday. I had intended to fly out today (Monday) with Jen following on Tuesday, but I got all behind over the weekend, & I could not get there today. So the blonde coverage will start a few hours late on Tuesday, sorry.

On Thursday, (Fiinal Day) Jen will be solo, as I have to fly home to attend to some business. But she's Ace, she does not need me, & she will have Rolf Slotboom & Rolf Woods running round for her, answering her every whim, wish & command, so you'll be fine with Jen.

I do hope you interact with us on the Update, they only work if you do.

Take care all.

xx

Well hopefully most of the Blondites will still be around when the coverage begins (I must make it past level 3 this time) :-)

Went for dinner with Thewy, Colclough and John Shipley.... and not too many bad beat stories doing the rounds.

I played an STT for the main event with YoYo to my left. I was first out after another at it merchant Roland De Wolfe got me all in and hit his flush.

YoYo made it to heads up with 4000 euros at stake and no deal was agreed. Somehow the chips ended up in preflop. The two hands were Q3 and 55. You can guess which Julian had!  Wink

There was a congregation around the computer earlier as *call the police* ... there is no net access in the rooms. Roland was not best pleased!

The place itself reminds me a bit of Deauville. Apparantly there are 60 wine bars.... so i am sure the players will be entertained. The casino is huge. Over 35 poker tables i think, and I reckon there will be 230-250 players....
