if these people are being paid to be the dealer (taking tips in cash games) then the licensed clubs are breaking the law. It should not be allowed and I hope it does not go on in any Grosvenor
Came up the other night in the Brighton Rendezvous, the guy wasn't even after tips, although obviously a little bit annoyed that we had to self deal until the pit could free up a dealer i like that the cardroom doesn't allow anything to go on that could bring down the integrity of the game.
