That joke brings back a wonderful memory form my teens. I was doing summer gang/factory work and there was this loud mouth on the mini bus. never shut up. racist,sexist,homophobic, rant rant rant he went. He was a real bully but no-one ever stood up to him.
he was sat between me and a rather butch  lesbian girl. Thai Boxer she was. Nice enough girl but scarey. This guy told that joke and in a heart beat she elbowed him across the bridge of the nose and broke it. She was one of the main reasons I got into it.
Ah happy days. I wish I still did that instead of this.

I go away for a few days and when I get back the girls are being slagged off!!

Come on all you female blondites - lets stand up for ourselves and beat them at a boys Vs girls match - great idea.

My big poker disappointment is that there are hardly any women at final tables - I manage it when it's a one table sit and go    - but hardly ever in big (ie ranking) tournaments. 

We never really seem to make it - except a great perfromance by Jen at the Luton festival. But I say - lets go for it - challenge them to a match, heads up or shoot out - I don't care as long as we win.    

It will be a real test as it has to be fairly split 50/50, not one woman against a tourney of 50 guys as it normally is.

Great idea - I say YES - who else is in? Should we do a separate thread on this??
