Nem's fallen for the 'pound for pound' hype hook line and sinker. Wink

Mayweather is a great boxer and even as a devoted Hatton supporter I still have to have Mayweather a favourite going into the fight. I believe Hatton has all the tools to beat him and if anything, it'll be his enormous strength of character that'll get him through on the night.

Hatton won't get annihilated. win or lose, it'll be a close fight

The Witter fight is Hatton's chance to get back into the big time after the annihilation Mayweather will serve up in December.

Witter's last pay day before he calls iut a day.

Hatton to beat Witter.

I hope that's what Mayweather thinks, He'll get a shock (IMO).

Also think Witter is rubbish, he's just been lucky that Hatton excepted there's been almost no decent Europeans in his weight category - even when he went up a weight.

I think 'rubbish' is very harsh. he's got a quirky switch-hitting thing going on that makes him a difficult proposition to stand infront of. he hits you from angles most other fighters don't and those looping hooks'll put you to sleep.

If Hatton gave Witter the fight end of next year, I'd be looking forward to it

Witter has lost one fight out of 36 and that was a UD against Zab Judah; when Judah was in his pomp - unbeaten and before the Tszyu fight.

He isn't a rubbish fighter and he has done well to get where he is today.

OK rubbish might be harsh but I don't think he's as good as his record looks - don't think he's fought many decent fighters (mind you upto about 5 fights before the Tszyu fight neither had Hatton really).

I'm not knocking them, it's not really their fault there has been a bit of a dearth of talent at their weight unless like Hatton you can crack the american market and get to take on the yanks and the south americans (or others who are now based in America).

I do think Witter will get shown up by Hatton unless he get's to fight a few decent american fighters first (he's too easy to get inside and Hatton's quick enough to take advantage of that).
