With the end of Heroes, the writers strike meant they had to change things - this was not what was supposed to happen, which is why it's a bit crap.

The second season of Heroes premiered on September 24, 2007,[4] but only 11 of 24 episodes have been broadcast,[5] due to the writers strike.[6][7] The dispute also led to the postponement of a six episode spin-off, Heroes: Origins,[8] which was originally expected to air in April and May of 2008.[9][10] Tim Kring stated in an interview with The Post Show on G4, that Season 2 was actually supposed to encompass 3 volumes; Volume 2 (11 episodes), Volume 3 (7 episodes) and Volume 4 (6 episodes). This plan changed due to the Writer's Strike.

This is just soooooooo wrong.

I would rather have waited another year or longer to see the script acted out properly and watched the story as it was meant to be :-(

It's finished.
Season finale was last Sunday (ep 11).
Should be on in the UK Feb/March

It says to be continued at the end of Ep11, so assume it's either not the last one, or just the last one this season if it is.

It was supposed to be 22 episodes (like the first series) but after they started shooting it the writer's strike started, which shut down the production of new episodes, so they only had time to make 11. So they had to cobble together an 'ending'.

I've just found out about of Heroes.  Bit disapointed to see that it's not a proper one though.

What's with these writers?   The tension in Prison Break is killing me!
