Hi All,  Couple of marginal spots here... looking for feedback on play/my thinking  so far and next move in both hands..  Apologies if they seem straight forward, but its these kind of hands where I can make bad decisions..

First hand, I been at table about 30mins and have hardly played a hand yet, villan is quite active playing more than his share of pots, I checked flop wih intention of c/r repping big PP (too cute?? should I just c-bet??) when he checks behind I have him on overcards, (I would of thought he pushed AA KK  pre and  doubt he lets me see a free card by checking behind on flop with 1010/JJ/QQ ...Cant have him on a 7 calling RR pre even if he has been active??  Are these all reasonable assumptions or am I way off?

hand one you've done a pretty good job of representing a nothing hand, so given the line you took I'd just get it in, you should have some outs even if you are behind, and the pots such a size that you dont really wanna call and give someone a chance to bluff the river, you would rather protect your equity in the pot.

hand 2 I'd rather 3bet preflop if hes steaming, he will tilt-call a lot preflop and just give up on most flops, sometimes they shovel it in, but not often. Given that you called, I donno, normally when people raise upfront and then call flop bets on dry flops and then minraise turns, they normally have it, so even with your "read", id prolly give it up, but calling and seeing what they do on the river cant be too bad, if he is steaming.

Warning i know both opponents pretty well and this will influenece my thoughts.

I bet this flop all of the time, as played i would shove the turn against an unknown. Against Playyy i would actually flat the turn and snap call any river, apart from you straight and boat outs which i would shove. This guy is a maniac and just loves bluffing.

Your read that he is steaming is interesting as I have him down as loose weak passive player. Given he appears to be steaming i think the call preflop is alright. I don't not a big fan of donking out on the flop and would probably check/call a flop bet as i feel check raising makes my hand too obvious. As played i would normally fold to the turn bet this is a mega strong hand against underdog normally.

Yes i do play on Laddies, I have vague recollections of playing against you but not enough to say how you play. Yes I think underdog is super strong here from memory but given he is steaming it clouds the decision slightly.

Hand 1 i really like actually v a maniac. I just get it in on the turn btw after he raises, i dont like giving additional cards here because the board is so ugly.

Hand 2 i think is a fold.

Hand 1, well going by what everyone else has said he loved bluffing so I just get it in. I'd usually bet the flop but against an aggro guy a doing this sometimes is fine.

Hand 2, I fold pf always and now on the turn
