I have little cards that I carry in my pocket for when my daughter kicks off in public.
It reads "Sorry if my daughters behaviour has upset you today, shes autistic and she can not control her reactions. Whats your excuse??"
We used to have those cards but as you know when they are kicking off sometimes you just cant get to the pocket.
