Cheap Hotels in Paris?

I'd quite like to take the Mrs away for the weekend, but I'm quite skint.  However, easyjet are doing flights for £19.99 e/w so I was thinking if I could get a niceish cheap hotel, I'd perhaps take her to Paris for the weekend (cos I've never been)  There doesn't seem to be anything cheap and half decent on Lastminute or expedia so I was wondering if anyone has been and can recommend something?

If not, we'll just go away in the UK, saves me a flight at least.

I won a luxury break in Paris. Stayed at the Four Seasons George V. 1st class with BA, chauffer driven limothe works. The hotel was out of this world but the thing that stuck in my most was the amount of DOG S H I T everywhere. I would never want to reurn there again. Anyway back to the question, Roomex sometimes has some good deals.

Circa £100 I guess, certainly not a lot more than that. I appreciate I'm not going to get much for £20 per night.

When I go to Paris I always stay at the IBIS hotel just off the Place de la Bastille 115 Euros a night. Not in the centre but the metro is only a short walk away

Lovely stuff, thanks all, some better priced hotels than I'd previously found. 

I'd best concentrate on getting a babysitter for the weekend before deciding, although it's looking good so far.
