I call, there's a wide range he can have here from sets to opened ended straight draws to pocket tens to an inferior straight to the bare ace flush draw. If he has a small flush, you've still got the flush draw and even if he has the nut flush, you still have one out. It also seems odd that he would trap call 50 cents and then go against that by over-pushing, I would expect the nuts to flat again. I fancy him for a strong draw here.

Not too keen on the under the gun raise with J-To. Not sure that would be profitable at any level.

I think you're over analysing the hand, Boldie. Have you been speaking to Mantis?

Call.

If he's got a made flush it must be a weak one for him to protect it this hard. That means that your  is probably drawing live even if you happen to be behind now.

He could make this move with a set if he's scared of a flush but you'd think he'd try to build the pot a bit first and see what comes on the turn.

If he's this scared he's probably hiding behind the curtains right now praying that you fold. He's certainly not maximising his potential payouts.

TY very much snoopy, I called based on the assumption that he doesnt make the move with the A flush.  He had 777 and i took the pot.

I think my main problem with cash is my inconsistency - i play Tight but very aggressive for the most part but then start opening trash like J10o.  I really need to improve my game so expect to see me around the hand analysis abit more.

Raising here cannot be profitable long term imo.
