It's not a glasses thing, it's an all of a sudden looked at something bright thing. No wavy lines, it's all sort of blurred but seems to be getting a bit better. It's really annoying.  Will follow those instructions Tighty, I think I can understand them!

likely to be a nerve palsy in your eye. something is pressing on one of the nerves to the outside of your eye. probably a tumour.
