Anyone, and i mean anyone give me your opinion on this.

you get a flop say  three diamonds

One player hits it top pair and goes allin to protect it say blinds are 400/800 and he has 10k but doesnt want to see any more cards.

A fellow to act has no draw no flush nothing yet he calls allin when he has 13k just because he has overs

Now whether he hits or not, is not my issue all i want to know is what you all feel about this move? And why they do it? and whats more would you do it?

it is my pet hate and i cant see the point of the move unless your drawing to a hand in some way.

depends on the pre-flop action and what's in the pot.

They just called and checked or a min raise and call. That seems to be what ive seen with this move.
