I been listening to ESPN Radio - The Poker Edge which is hosted by Phil Gordon.  It's not that extensive but the last few weeks they have been interviewing one of the November 9 every show.  A good insite into the personalities (?!!?) on the that final table.

Get it through I-Tunes Podcasts.

All the ones suggested are very good as is the Pocketfives podcast, I also think 2 jacks in the hole on pokerroad is hilarious despite it being nothing to do with poker.  Pokerplayer mag have a podcast but Ive only listened to it once so not sure if its good or not.
The genius of Pokerroad radio makes me think that a British based poker podcast could be just as good/hilarious.
