well it's still clean at the moment - give it a while.  I did lol when I read on the packet  'don't wash the floor for 5-7 days'.

[  ] I would have washed the floor within the next 7 days.

Well done, you did that really quickly. I like the new flooring.

I have just had my bathroom re-furbished, just because we needed a new toilet seat.  Its a long story but we are without flooring at the moment as the special non-slip I want is out of stock.

However, Claw you remind me of myself when younger, I used to do everything, even put floorboards down in a cupboard that used to be a coal cupboard.  That is when hubby was away as he thought no one could do a job as good as him lol.

Oh to be young again, I used to clean the house thoroughly in a day.  Now have to do housework for ten minutes then have a sit down and play poker in between. For the last 3 days I have been sorting out cupboards and still not finished! I play more poker nowadays than doing jobs round the house.

Oh to be young - make the most of it while you can . age creeps up too quickly.      (forgive me for using TK's smiley but I am older than him)

Smiley  laying floors/decorating etc I all love doing because it's novel and you get something new at the end of it.  housework is another kettle of fish altogether!!!!

Brilliant!  I was going to post that the flooring was a better effort than the fry-up but you beat me to it.

over 2/3 done now.  Bit ropey round the edges, but I'm quite pleased with myself anyway.  Matt's back tomorrow after being away for a couple of days.  I wonder how long it will take him to notice?

3 minutes (as soon as i walked into kitchen)
