i,m looking to focus on the big American sites tourneys now, with there better structures and deeper stacks,as appose to the euro sites push/fold crapshoots. I know the fields are tougher but in order to improve my game i think this is the way to go.

My q? is resteal ranges, 15-25 bb deep what range of hands should i be re stealing v aggressive players that are opening a lot of pots? and players that seem fairly tight?

generally resteal vs aggro players and late position opens. I would avoid doing it against tighter players

Agree, unless you have a premium hand of course.

Against aggressive players and late position opens, you can shove any strong aces/kings, pocket pairs, and suited connectors are good too cos usually you're live if you get called...

Although this was written in 2007 it's still a good piece on the subject:

anything over 30bb stack wise you can attack, all depends on your position/read on opponents, you don't want to 3bet steal with to many to act behind if you can help it..

dont look at it from what cards do i need but be more stack size aware and what your image is. and do not over use it.

You kinda do, if there are only 1 or2 behind you they will just 4 bet smash you

lol i know what you mean but i would 4bet any position, but in general the more to act the greater the chance , all about opinion and image and every situation is different,so i guess there is no set rule to 3betting..

if he is playing a 15 to 25bb stack though flushy a 4bet steal is un-likely with tripe..unless it is a complete sicko who has read the situation perfect has a big stack ish Smiley [not always the case] and is willing to race with the 15to25bb stack who is pot committed after his 3bet..

Oh yeah if you are desperate 3 betting (3betting where you can't fold) then fine, but you should be 3 betting long before that.
