AK on button v superlags bb

this hand happened on tuesday night live in the nash between me and the superlad that is MKKfish

i played this so badly and just want abuse for how bad i played AK again please

blinds are 200/400 i have a 30k+ stack with average at 11k and the fish has about 20k

so even if i double him up this hand i would still have an average stack


its folded round to me and i make a standard raise to 1600, now the fish and i have history this should lead to him moving all in but

he just called flop K T 8 rainbow i check behind hoping to trap  turn Q and i bet out 3k which is now met by his customary all in

this is his standard move but it means nothing he makes the move so often with nothing and then again makes the move with the nuts

so do i stick to my guns after all i check the flop to trap or should i let go as there will be better chances to get his chips

better spots are on a 7788q board with 24k in the pot calling his 9k river bet with k high

my mistake i was remembering the hand and forgot the blind strucute etc my raises pre are always the same
at the 300/600 its 1600 this bet was 1200 as it was still 200/400
