Obv in the hypothetical its a fold, as for set mining, in these spots i happily call getting 9-1 if i am closing the action as the oppo has a range of KK+ so you could just open ship everytime you flop a set and not worry.

As it happens you dont close the action, nor do you get the price to fold.
