Hi,

I am keen to play the Monte Carlo event at DTD but feel £1,000 is outside of my normal poker bankroll so I want to give it a go with my first staking request (apols for shameless template plagiarising). I'm unlikely to play this event if I don't sell 60% so, should I find any backers, I won't take any money unless and until the book is closed.

Event:

Monte Carlo £250,000 GTD, Dusk Til Dawn, Friday 18th December
30,000 chips. 60 min clock day 1. 75 min clock day 2+.

Buyin:

£1090

Proposal:

I wish to sell 60% of my action at face value. Eg, if you buy a 10% share (£109) then you will recieve 10% of any winnings.

Record:

I'm a reasonably consistent winner in low-mid stakes live events (£80-100). I play at the Luton G on a regular basis and the Luton G  Blondeite league thread (in live poker), will give details on my results over 90 odd live tourneys this year. These are obviously a different level of tourney with typically one day structures with 50-60 runners. I play very few festival events so have no HM database to point to.

I have played maybe 6 or 7 multi day events and have a reasonable record of making day two spades running deep without a major cash. 1 for 3 at DTD £300s. Day two spades at Stanleys and the G this year from a couple of events. Also, bought into a couple of WSOP events this year ($1500) and ran very deep in one, exiting in about 330th of 2800 + entrants. So, I think I have some track record over a tiny sample, of running reasonably in slower structured events

I have sharkscope stats that I've shown below - probably irrelevant since I play very little on line and so the sample size for scheduled tourneys is very small

Username   Games Played   Av. Profit   Av. Stake   Av. ROI   Total Profit   Form   Ability /100   Network   Filter
foxxster            95   $11     $24     36%   $997     Super Tilt   81   iPoker   Sch. Only    x

Other considerations

Gman ranked me in his top 5 at Luton and he is an excellent judge

Monies:

5% = £54.50
10% = £109
etc

Payments:

Payments by bank transfer please.

If you've read this far then thanks for doing so and please feel free to ask any questions (flames/ rub downs from people who know me expected & welcomed :-)

Thanks

Glenn

The other one I played I went out in level 2 so very deep by my own standards :-)

Good news, 1% gone and my mum hasn't seen the thread yet
